Beginner's Cancer-Safe Yoga Course

Yoga is a powerful tool to help you minimize side effects and improve your quality of life during cancer. Let us help you get started today! 

Each week during the 4-week course, you will receive: 

  • Two 20-25 minute gentle yoga classes with detailed instructions on how to do each pose safely. One class is traditional yoga on a mat, and one class is chair yoga. 
  • Direct email access to the instructor to ask your questions.
  • You will have access to the course material for 90 days after purchase, so don't worry if you can't finish it within the 4-week time period! 

You will also receive TWO BONUSES each week during the 4-week course:  

  • One 5-10 minute in-bed morning yoga audio to help get your energy flowing before your feet even hit the floor.
